should I repeat the CCT?

Hi - I am 34 years old and have a son from a FET/IVF cycle who was born 10/06.  I underwent a second IVF in Aug08 which was negative.  I went for second opinion this past spring and this doctor believes that I should repeat the CCT with an IUI before moving forward with any other treatment (ie. IVF) because the last time I underwent a CCT was in Sept. 2005.  At that time my FSH was 9.35 and I responded poorly to the chlomid (I can't recall my other numbers).  My husband also has poor morphology, but excellent count and okay motility.  I don't know if I should repeat the test - Is there really any likelihood that the numbers will increase?  Is there any benefit with doing an IUI given my husband's issues?  Thank you.
