side effects of estrace

Hi!  Can you guys help me out?  I had a failed ivf cycle recently and am about to do a frozen cycle.  The doctor put me on estrace to thicken my uterus.  Today i got a phone call to up it to 6mg am and pm.>>>which seems like a lot!  Anyone know the side effects of estrace or what you have experienced?

I didnt have any side effects when i used it. I had to insert it with the crinone(progesterone gel), it was hard doing that sometimes, It  would slip out.

12mg does seems like alot, but just ask the doc why.

Are you also on estrogen shots?  If not, maybe you need that much estrace.

They are saying that they wanted my lining to thcken more because my transfer is next week.  Ive only had one fresh cycle before and had no issues with my lining.  I heard it may make me anxious however right now Im just nauseas!

12mg does seem like alot.  Have you had issues with getting your lining to thicken before?  I think they usually prescribe 6-8mg a day.  What promted the increase?  I really don't think it can cause issues short term... I would wonder why it was so much also??
