thank you and hopefully i do too i keep you posted xxx
Jaddy,
It's still too early to test, but you could be pregnant. During ovulation, the egg is released into the fallopian where it travels slowly waiting to be fertilized by sperm. If you had intercourse prior to ovulation, sperm can actually be in the fallopian tube, ready to fertilize the egg as soon as it's released. As sperm can last about 3 days in your body, this is why you want to plan for multiple days in intercourse prior to and on your day of ovulation to boost your chances of conceiving. The egg is only able to be fertilized for about 24 hours after ovulation.
Fertilization occurs in the fallopian tube and it takes about 3 days for the fertilized egg to travel through the fallopian tube and make it to the uterus. Once in the uterus, the egg will travel across the lining and hopefully find a good spot to implant. Some women can experience cramping with implantation, but not every woman does. Implantation occurs around 6-10 days after ovulation. The egg must be implanted in your lining to start producing pregnancy hormones. That can take a few days for your hormones to be detectable.
Wait at least 5 more days before you test again, but it's better to wait until you've missed your cycle. The tests are more accurate after you've missed your cycle.
Each cycle, women with no fertility issues have about a 20% of getting pregnant.
Good luck and hopefully you have a positive result next week!

hi i read your comment i dont nderstand why the anwer is no i cant be pregnant ive been told by a number of people that you can fall pregnant even if you have inter course a day before ovlation .... sperm can live for 3 to 6 days and yes white discharge is also end of ovlation but mine not a normal discharge is white and very runny ive have also looked this up and it is also a sign of eairly pregnancy at the min it is too earily too test but im hoping that i get rusult ive been wanting for abit
but thanks for your comment
Ovulation predictor kits give you a 24-48 hour warning before you ovulate so you can plan accordingly. Once you have your positive ovulation, you should have intercourse that day and the following 2 days to give yourself the best chances of conceiving. After ovulation, wait at least 10 days before you test, but it's better to wait until you have missed your cycle as early testing can have false negatives.
Good luck!
No you can't be pregnant I have 4 days + opks but today my test line is darker than control line and it appears less than a minute. So your body is preparing for the egg to drop, you can test for pregnancy maybe around 12 days past ovulation
