sperm count

My boyfriend and I just found out that he has NO DEAD OR ALIVE SPERM IN HIS SEMAN. Does anybody know how to fix this or what we are supposed to do to concieve (conceive) a child?

So are you saying he has absolutely no sperm at all in his semen?????

The RE can do a testicular biopsy and I think ( about 60% of the time or so) they can find enough sperm for ICSI IVF.

Hi, this is ijaz from pak, i got married last 16 years, starting couple of years, i have just little sperms alive, but slowely slowely my all sperms has dead,we don't have any child, we love child very much, if anybody knows about this pls helps us, what we have to do, thaks , contact me if u have any information about this,  ***@****
