MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
Certain medical conditions and obesity can affect the sperm counts. Reducing weight and avoiding smoking and alcohol will help to a great extent. Also proper management of medical conditions is necessary. Men who suffer from this temporary low count can try out some helpful lifestyle changes to boost their sperm count. Take a regular vitamin and fertility supplement including FertilAid and folic acid. Eat healthy, get hydrated and sleep well. Consult your Doctor.
The answer is based on information provided. Exact advice is not possible without a proper examination and investigations. You are requested to consult your Doctor. Take care and keep us posted.
