spotting

hi i have irregular periods my period just seems to come when it feels like but it still comes ive never not had my period but this month my period been late and ive been spotting for 5 days and im having alot abdominial pains and back pains too can u please tell me if stress could be the cause of me spotting or some thing more serious

Stress can defidently be a couse of the spotting. But unless you see your dr you cant rule out anything else. As long as your gettign your period still you shouldnt worry to much unless your in alot more pain than normal. Than you should see your dr.
