staying positive

This is my second IUI. This time I used ovidrel  and had back to back IUI (2/19 ,2/20). Tested on day 7 to see if ovidrel is clear and it was negative HPT. Now on day 9 I am still negative. I am due for my beta test on 2/7. I am trying to stay positive. Any advice?

It depends on when implantation occurs. If it hasn't occurred for you yet (happens days 7-12 typicially) HCG would not be present, thus a neg pg test.

I read on here where a woman got a neg pg tests on days 9-11 and then a + at day 12.

I know it is hard to not test early but testing that soon could give you false results.

I am holding out and not testing until 11dpIUI. I tested at day 9 last IUI try so I am making myself hold out just a tad longer this cycle.

Sorry it failed. It looks like mine may be  bust, too. Neg test 11dpiui.  I know it could still be + but I don't get my beta test until Thursday of this week. I know I will test every day up until the beta.

This may be it for me. I don't think I can do this anymore. I am sad today but I know it will get better. the biggest plus is I have my girl and that's just perfect.

I am rying no to be too sad. I cried when my af came on day 16. It looked too good to be true till day 16. But I need to be positive and keep trying. Now I will do a full medicated cycle so I hope for the best. Please don't get discourage some women have low hcg urine levels. It can still be BFP! and if not next month you can try again with me!!

OK, after a crying session and call from my RE nurse, looks like we are back for one more try, try#3. Cycle 3 gave us dd (had one half cycle due to my cysts growing and then 2 full rounds).  

So looks like we will be cycle buddies! I am guessing af will show up by this weekend and day 3 should be early next week.

I don't take progesterone the day of the beta until I get the results back. I figured it gives me a jump start for af to come sooner rather then later.

Each cycle (previous and now) I have done injectables. my last cycle was:
Clomid days 3-7
shot of bravelle days 7 and 9
trigger shot day 11
IUI day 13

I wonder if any dosages will be increased.

I am 7dpiui, my first. It is killing me not to test. I have symtoms (symptoms) that it took but trying not to get my hope up. I am not suppose to test until the 13th, I hope I can hold out.that long.

The earliest one should test is 10pIUI.
