sterile

My husband came home one night and said that he had gone to the doctor and they told him he was sterile but that there is still hope he said something about vitamins he can take and i was wondering if this is true and if so what can he take and if not what are our other options?

I think it depends if he has a low sperm count or a completely absent sperm count. No amount of vitamins will produce sperm where there are none. Maybe you both need to visit his dr together. But I hear zinc and vitamin c are good for male sperm count. There are loads of others too x

A Dr would probably be best to answer this. He should go get checked out.
