stressed out

I've been reading the previouse posts...My girlfriend is actually the one who went through (IUI) yesterday and the day before... The 2ww is underway. We are a lesbian couple. She did not use any fertility treatments. I haven't read many posts where someone got pregnant the first IUI without fertility treatments.... ANY hope???

As long as ovulation has occurred and the IUI was timed correctly, it should have a chance of success. Don't forget that for most couples IUI is used when there are fertility issues going on (usually after unsuccessful ttc for at least a year), which could be why most of the posts talk about IUI along with fertility drugs.
