success tips anyone

Hello all, can anyone who have had failed ivf attempts give me any encouraging tips on what may help us on having success in our third and final attempt. I am 41, and now 4 days into my meds(menopur and buserelin)-I have already taken on board advice about acupuncture which I am doing, also the vitamins for women before you get pregnant(contain metmorfin and dha) I am taking. My first ivf I got BFP then had mc, my second I bled from day 11 and got a neg so there maybe issues with the embryos sticking although my dr says its due to poor egg quality being 41 yrs.On both my last 2 attempts we only ever put back 1 embryo (only got 2 or 3 each time anyway)because we thought multiples was a risk, we now learn in my age group its far better and less risk to put back 2 or even 3 embryos if we get this amount and have a single pregnancy than twins or more. So thats another thing we will def do and increase our chances, put more than 1 embryo back.If anyone knows of anything else that worked for them and you got a success in your third or 4th try please tell, best wishes to all love melissax
