temp drop

i had a temp rise yesterday...i think i ovulated the day before..but today it dropped it was 76.4 yesterday today 76.0. not a good sign??????????

sorry i meant 96...im on cd18....cd15 my temp dropped and i had some egg white cm....and some ovulation pain.so thats why i think i ovulated..i normally am i late ovulater its a little early for me this month..but i thought maybe is was cause of my diet...this morning im back up to 97.2.

Those temps(I'm sure you meant 96)sound pre-o to me. You may not have o'd yet. A single temp spike doesn't indicate o, but rather a pattern above the coverline that stay elevated. I usually have one or 2 spikes during follicular stage but the big picture shows they were just spikes and o came later. It is possible you did o and is just a long dip, too. What cd are you and how long are your cycles normally?

You can have fertile CM for more than one day, so I'd wait it out.  My temp usually spikes a couple times before o'ing too.  I get a spike, then a drop, then a spike, then a drop and THEN the REAL spike where it stays up.  I always get psyched out by the first spike.  In fact, this month I O'd (confirmed with blood tests), and my final ovulation drop was very minimal compared to the ones before it - it only went back down just below the coverline.  Ya never know, BBT's are wacky to begin with, plus there are so many factors that can throw them off.  I would still be bd'ing if I were you, just in case.
