test after 2 day transfer

Hello can any one give me some answers on testing, had 2 booster shots of pregnyl of 1500iu each, one on egg tra nsfer and one 3 days after egg transfer. knew the pregnyl would be in my system for up to 7-10 days but wanted to do early testing(have a box of hpt's from last time) to see when its all out. so saturday got faint line, yesterday v, v faint line and today 10dpt 2 day transfer test neg so I now know all pregnyl out. so i am 10dpt 2 day transfer, when could i hope to test for real even just for a very faint positive line. my official test day is fri 27th. many thanks for any advice and answers, feeling very apprehensive about this attempt, only had  3cellput back ut it was only day 2. lots love and baby dust to you all melissax

maybe start testing from wednesday, maybe even tomorrow might show up, good luck

Well i know how much is hard to wait until you miss your period try to test 2 days from now and hope you see the bfp

Just add a day to the 3 day transfer...  so insead of on day 11 it would be day 12 that the hcg would be detected on a hpt.




What happens after a 3 Day and a 5 Day Transfer!
3-DAY TRANSFER:

1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on
HPT

5-DAY TRANSFER:

thank you, it gives me hope as i'm on day 10 of 2 day day transfer, my husband is really wanting me to be strong and chill as best i can for the next 5 days and not do the test till test day, friday. it makes sense but will be hard, best wishes to all of you.xmelissa

I am so anxious to test, but I am trying to be strong!  My official test date is 16 Jan. 2012 but I have been in this position before last year where I miscarried at 6 weeks/  I wish everyone much success!
