took home pregnancy test!

I had my transfer on 5-11 (day five looked like an 8 cell) I took a home pregnancy test an hour ago today and it was negative...my blood test is not until this friday 5-21...could I be pregnant even though I got a negative today?

I think you could still be pregnant. It seems too early to pick it up on an hpt. Blood test Fri should be more accurate. Good luck! Wishing you baby dust!

I had a 5 day embryo transfer in April and tested positive 8 days after. The blood test confirmed that it really was a positive. I think there IS still a chance that you are pregnant and it MAY be too early for you to test, so if you can bear it, test again tomorrow with first morning pee (it contains the most of the hcg hormone). However, as always, only the blood test is the most accurate test in the end. Hang in there :)
