Hello,
The side effect of tramadol is menopausal symptoms, which can lead to absence of menstrual bleeding. Delayed menses are common on Tramadol.Stress, thyroid disorders, hormonal fluctuations are other causes of irregular periods. Prolonged opioid usage may affect the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, causing it to malfunction. It is best to discuss your concerns with a doctor if you are planning to conceive. I hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
