i've been charting for about six months as a method of birth control.  this is our first month ttc and my chart is entirely different. my fertility advisor is away and i can't contact her to the new year.  i don't normally use fertility friend and don't seem to have the hang of their method yet.  can somebody look at my chart and let me know what they think??

I temp orally but have been thinking about switching to vag. b/c I'm not used to these flat temps.  Today it went back from 98.5 to 98.3.  So I guess, I'll just keep on trucking.  Thanks so much for all your help and good wishes.

Definitely triphasic! Do you temp vaginally? Often with vag temps, you get more uniform temps like that. On my bpf charts, my temps were very steady day to day on the 3rd tier of temps. All within .01 of ea other. Looking really good so far :)

I guess you'll have to see what your BBT does tomorrow: stays up or goes down.  That way you'll know if it's a one-time random fluctuation or a permanent shift.  If your temps stay up I think you may have a bfp coming your way.
Best of luck!!!

i'm using a bbt thermometer but the flat temperatures have been worrying me (my charts have never had flat temps) so i'm buying a new thermometer.  yeah, i have no idea what they would call it ~ maybe 'quadruphasic' is the new term.  well, my af is due this week-end.   i did a hpt today it was bfn. so i guess i just wait and see.  thank you so much for your response. the clean temps are worrying me though...

Wow! That looks like it's not just triphasic, but about to go "quadruphasic" (or whatever that would be called :-)!  I've never seen such a clean chart, where the temps on each level is exactly the same!!! Just out of curiosity, are you using a BBT thermometer or a regular thermometer?

Could definitely be a good sign, though :-)
