A lot of infertility is unexplained.  Same with my husband and I.  Knowing that we thought if we just keep trying it will eventually happen.  Unfortunately, that is not always the case and now at my age I feel we needed to go forward with medical help while I am still young enough to have good success rather than continuing on our own.

you should see a fertility doctor to see if it is something minor.  call your gyn and let them know of your troubles and see if they will refer you out.

             Did u ever tried on ovulation kit?
             Do u have PCOS?

Since I habe been TTC, I have heard many stories about women who cannot get pregnant but no tests or doctors can explain why.  It is not completely uncommon.  However, other then semen testing, has your husband had any tests done?  I common way to determine problems is through blood testing.  If he hasn't already then maybe that could be your next step.  Also, you may consider taking a fertility drug such as clomid.  It may be a situation were you are not ovulating as you should.  Clomid will make you ovulate and it will help to regulate your cycle.  Are you taking your daily temperature?  If not, then you could try that for a couple of months so that you can see if you are ovulating or not.  Just take it first thing in the morning before getting out of bed, talking, eating, drinking, etc.  Most women ovulate 12-14 days past the first day of their period.  Your temperature will rise after you ovulate.  You will need to have intercourse prior to ovulation in order to get pregnant.  Sorry to spill all of that on you.  You may already know.  Anyways, Good Luck!
