trying to conceive

Hello everyone n doctors me & my bf been trying to have a bby bout a yr now im 33 & he 28 i already have kids but not him so we both got tested and came out good on our results my ob said to see a fertility doctor so wat could be next now because i see mostly the test fertility doctors do to see what the problem is are the same test my ob had me to do i really want to have another baby before i be 35

Don't emphasise on getting pregnant.  Enjoy each other without putting pressure on yourselves.

If your ob ran tests, and they came back fine, you are probably being referred to a specialist because they do not know why you haven't conceived.  The specialist can run any tests that the ob didn't run (if there are any) and give you fertility treatments specific to your needs.

There's lots of things to consider when TTC…
do you both exercise, smoke, take supplements….
You both need to be quite healthy and there's certain things that could help you along the way. You could start by taking extra vitamin B and he can start taking extra zinc.
It would also help if you took Evening Primrose oil but only until ovulation, after your period take it again.
Also, look up (google) something called Deanna's Plan. LOADS of info to help! :)
