There can be several causes leading to inability to conceive. Are you having your periods regularly? Inability to conceive can be due to several causes like ovulation disorders, endometriosis, anatomical problems like blocked fallopian tubes, infections like sexually transmitted diseases, polycystic ovarian disease, thyroid disorders. Decreased sperm count, motility is another cause related to men which may contribute towards inability to conceive. Seeking the opinion of a gynecologist will be helpful. You and your bf need a complete checkup and investigations to rule out above mentioned causes.
