Having a tight cervix will that stop me from conceveing? I had a molar preg about 7 yrs ago & havent used proection since but I still have never been pregnant again
I just had an iui done because that was my problem too. It puts the sperm right where it is supposed to go.
A tight cervix will not stop you from getting pregnant, as the sperm are much too small for that to be an issue. If it's open enough to allow your period through, it will also let the sperm through. If you haven't used any protection in 7 years and not gotten pregnant, I would suggest seeing a specialist/RE when the time comes to start a family. He/she should be able to run a few tests to make sure you ovulate and possibly prescribe medications to help you get pregnant. Best of luck with everything!
