If you have been trying for a long time, see your ob-gyn and get workups for both of you.  Most insurance will cover infertility workups if you have been having unprotected sex for more than a year with no results.

The need for fertility medications is determined by length of time you have been trying so I'm not sure if you would need those or not. Try not to put so much pressure on yourselves and really keep your sex intimate and not a job or mission ie making a baby. Because of your age and the fact that I do not know your health history and the fact that you already have a child I am giving advise on what I can....with that said I would suggest tracking your ovulation and have some sex when you are at your peak remember sperm can last in the vagina for up to 72 hours so plan on that too, but again enjoy your sex life don't make it a chore. Other things to do is if you are overweight lose a little, eat balanced meals, exercise, quit any bad habits ie smoking, drinking and start taking prenatal vitamins since this is a planned pregnancy. If you find you are having trouble and need more help I would suggest talking to your gynocologist he/she will help you. Best of Luck BB

There is nothing you can just take on your own.  Get a medical workup and some advice from the doctor.  If the situation warrants it, he might suggest further options.
