I have a blocked tube & my husand has a sperm count in the thousands & the mobility is off. What can we do?
from what I undertsand, IUI is viable only when the sperm count is 1,000,000 or more. If the sperm count is truly in the thousands, IVF is the best bet.

I would say with both of those factors IUI would be your best bet. It puts the sperm where it needs to be around the time it need to be there. Have you had an HSG? Sometimes that can unblock a tube. Also, you might want to talk to your doctor about a Laparoscopy. That might tell you a little bit more if there is anything else going on with you.
