tubal reversal ligiation

helllo im a 30yr old woman who has had 4 c/s and on my last c/s i decided to have my tubes clamped as i was in a really bad place at the time now my circumstances have changed i really want to have a baby is it possible to have my clips removed and have a succesfull pregnancy or would a doctor be willing to do it due to the fact of me having 4 c/s previously?  I would really love to know how to go about finding more information about this please can you help im so desperate as is my partner to
