veno lympahtic malformation in throat area

I have a son who is 6  months old  he has a trac tube in his throat he was diagnosed  with veno lympphatic malformation in his throat he had cyst filled whith lymphatic fluid he had sugery in may. he goes to a specialty clinic at Dell childrens hospital. he recieved sclerotherapy  treatments it killed most of the cyst but he still has one near the trachea can surgery take care of the issue
