viability question

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for all your help here is my situation my lmp was may 9th but I know I ovulated around cd20 using opk,I thought I was 8 weeks yesterday but had an u/s done and gest sac measured 7weeks and 1 day no fetal pole or anything was seen,but I should also say that this was done abdominally because I have a tilted uterus and they are not able to see anything vaginally or very good abdominally.Yesterday was awful they tried and tried and tried forever to get the views they did get.I also had my hcg levels done and this what they have been

Also my first u/s 2 weeks ago showed a sac measuring 32 days. My u/s yesterday said either early pregnancy or blighted ovum. I go back next week for another scan. I had a m/c in january then i was spotting and cramping and my hcg levels only rose to 22,000 at 8weeks. Any thoughts anyone?

Your HCG levels look wonderful so I dont see a problem.
