vitamins and pregnancy

Does anyone know if it's safe to take vitamin C and vitamin E and flaxseed oil when pregnant? I have not even confirmed my pregnancy yet but i take these supplements every day along with my prenatal and i just noticed today that it says consult your physician if pregnant...

All are excellent for the nourishing of your lining and are fine for fetus. In fact, flaxseed like your pre-natal omega oils help develop eye tissue as well as neural and brain tissues. These oils are MOST important in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and should already be in the mother's system before conception to best be transferred. Make sure they are high quality vitamins and GOOD LUCK!
