want baby

we have decided to plan baby and as if i know best time is between 7-14 day of my cycle
during intercourse he never ejaculate and we wait a long and after waiting 2-3 hrs when we fall sleep at that time he ejaculate
          earlier we used to use condom and that time also it was same problem but we ignore it as that time we were not looking to plan baby

is this major problem?? pls help me how to resolve it??

I haven't heard of this, but does he ejaculate in you then?  Maybe you could fall asleep in the spooning position?!  I'm not really sure what to tell you, but maybe try that until you get answers.  Oh and it isn't always days days 7-14 for everybody, so make sure that you monitor it with OPK's or basal body temps.  I usually ovulate between days 13-15 with a total cycle of 26 days, but this month out of a fluke thing I am probably going to ovulate today at cd 18!  Good luck and let me know what the doc says if you get an answer.
