what can i do differently

On my first cycle of clomid I did ovulate but didnt conceive...I am now on my second round and I am wondering if anyone knows what i can do differently this time around that will help me conceive. Any tips, info, guidance ANYTHING! Thnx in advance.

Hi there:

are you using ovulation predictor kits to time your surge and time Bding?  What about temp. charting?  I am on my 4th cycle of clomid and, this time, my doc. decided to do an HCG trigger shot so I'd have a better idea of when I'm ovulating.  That may be a thought for you.

What dose of clomid are you on?

I also recommend pre-seed as a lubricant.  :)

I am using OPKs but I nvr got a positive even though I did ovulate, I also charted my temps but OMG they were so erratic!.... i jst could nvr tell....  And I used pre-seed! It seems like I did everything I could possibly do but I didnt conceive. I am on my second round of clomid 50mg. I jst really hope it works this time around. Thanks for the advice.
