what is wrong with me?

Hello,
The last period I had was about 4 days early. It was only 3 and a half days long, when its is usually 6 or 7 days... about 3 days after it ended I saw a tiny blood spot. somebody suggested i take a pregnancy test... I did and it was negative... Now today I felt weak like I feel when i get my period, and I cecked and saw some blood, but it was not wet blood, it was almost like something sticky that dried up... It feels like a period physically but it seems like there is no more blood coming out. Also if this is my period, according to my calculations, it is 9 days early... what do you think is the problem? Intercourse also hurts me terribly, doctors said nothing is wrong I just have to wait a while and it will get better... please give me an answer because I have no Idea whats going on with me... thank you!
