when should i take the first pill of fertilaid

hi!!!!!!,please i  just got my first bottle of fertilaid, and  i want to know if  i can take the first pill after my period or before my  period.?  do i have to take it in a specific day ??/

I just read your post and I am on Fertility Blend. I hear fertilaid is basically the same thing. I have been on it for a month and this is our week to try. Good luck to you! I hear it works after about 3 months of taking it everyday. I have been TTC for 1 year and a half now and just started taking the Supplemnts so we will see.....
