when should i have my progesterine levels checked when taking clomid and esterdial?

hi i am ttc and am my second round of clomid and esterdial. the first round of clomid was 50mg along with esterdial. i started the clomid after my period was gone. this round my dr put me on 100mg of clomid along with the esterdial. i started clomid on days 2 to 6 but threw up my first dose so was called in one more day of clomid. im takin the esterdial on days 8 to12. what day should i get my progeterine level checked. also this month my period did not come on its own n was put on provera to bring it on so i could take this roulnd of clomid. thanks so much for your help in advance
