Ive just read alot of ppl say that if you get regular periods then you probabally O on your own.. Not true....... I have regular periods to the day i can tell you when af is coming. Also I would do  OPK tests and they would be positive, BUT when i had a blood test done to see if i was O it came back negitive.....So i just thought i would let ppl know just because you have regular periods and positive OPKs I would have a blood test to make sure.... Oh wow! I know that some people won't ovulate even though they have an LH surge, but they usually have irregular cycles. I guess you never know...

Although, in addition to the blood test, BBT charting can help confirm ovulation too. Just thought I'd add that, in case someone were interested.

OPKs don't work for 12% of all women that use them. They can give pos or neg results that are not accurate. Also, cysts, clomid, pcos and other conditions can give a false pos.

thats true. just cause you have periods , doesnt mean your ovulating. but if you dont have regular periods, then YOU KNOW youre NOT ovulating.
