will i get a normal period

havent had my period in year and wanna start taking fertility blend with this help me get my period back

If you have not had periods for a year then this is secondary amenorrhoea and the cause needs to be determined. An examination, ultrasound scan and hormonal panel should be done. Systematic treatment will help get back your periods. Self mediation can be harmful.
