I am not sure exactly what you are asking.

Did you take a test to measure your FSH or did you take a OPK instead of a pg test?

OPKs are notriously unreilaible to determine pg.  The FSH test only tells you about your ovarian reserve and then you need to go to a doctor if you reveals it is low.

A pg is the true and tried best way to determine pg.

A day after your missed period, basically any pg test will work, even the dollar store ones. Each pg test varies on the amount of hcg it can pick up.
