worried

I am 7 1/2 weeks and feel no symptoms. I had an ultrasound @ 6 1/2 weeks and saw the heartbeat & the heart rate was 123 and then I went for another ultrasound @ 7 weeks and it had grown but the heart rate was only 112; should I be worried since the rate is going down? I have had 3 miscarriages before this and one healthy pregnancy

The heartbeat is not going in the right direction. Did your Dr. mention concern or book you for a repeat U/S? I have no pregnancy symptoms either and I had my 1st U/S last Thursday w/a FHR of 89, so I'm terrified as well...

The nurse said oh well if the baby is resting the heart rate could be lower just like when you rest but I am not sure I buy it

What did your doctor say about your heart rate? How far along are you?

My U/S tech said she has seen it and the heart may have just started beating. (don't buy it) The heart starts beating in the 5th week. My Dr. said he has seen just as many fail as survive and gave me a 50/50 prognosis.  Low heart rate is just not good and I am scared to death. I was 6w1d and my sac was measuring 6 weeks. That at least he was thrilled with.  You know, your baby could have been resting, I am still a little weary. Did you talk to your Dr. about it? I have had 2 miscarriages and 1 healthy pregnancy. This is my 4th preg. Ughh right? So, did they re-schedule you for another u/s?

Yes, I go on Thurs but they weren't concerned at all; it is me who is concerned as this has happened to me at this same time frame 3 times now

How far along are you now? When do you go back?

I don't even have any symptoms so I am extra worried

I am 6.6 right now and go back on Thursday. I'm so glad your us tech wasn't worried. Why did they have you come in at 6 1/2 weeks and then 7? When do you go back?  Did you always have a hb before your m/c's?

I asked to go back once a week because I always seem to have trouble between 6 & 8 weeks

The first time there was a heartbeat but @ 8 weeks was gone
The 2nd time there was no heartbeat as the baby had too many chromosomes
The 3rd time there was a heartbeat but @ 8 weeks was gone

Wow, so you had u/s's and then re-u/s at 8 weeks w/no hb? Ughh.
Me, I got pregnant w/daughter and had lots of spotting. Had about 3 ultrasounds that showed a dead 7 1/2 weeks sac/fetal pole so they thought that was the pregnancy. I knew better. The day of the D&C they  did 1 last ultrasound because they didn't know why my #'s were going up and found the new baby (daughter) in the uterus. We just  left the old pregnancy and was watched very carefully. In July had a m/c at 6 weeks. This is my 4th pregnancy, low FHR :(  Did they only test the 2nd baby?
