I am having a dark brown discharge and stomach pain. I am also 4 months late and have took about 40 test and all say negative can someone shed some light for me?

Im sorry that you are in pain. I understand how scary blood is from that area. I had brown spotting discharge in my last 3 pregnancies for a short time. Have you had any blood test done since all your hpt are neg.? I would have your hcg tested. 4 months is along time for no period. Are you usually regular? Do you have any other symptoms?

It could be a hydatiform mole which is an abnormal growth in your uterus.  I am an operating room  nurse and have removed several of these.  The symptoms are brown discharge and pain.  Google it for more info.  At any rate I would defintley call the DR

if you are 4 months late a doctor needs to do a work up, blood work for sure.
