Could these levels be causing MCs?? What if any chance do I have of concieving and carrying agin FT. Is there any suppliments women have found to work  in cases like this?

Hi!
First trimester miscarriages are almost always the result of a chromosomal abnormality in the fetus.  Both chromosomal abnormalities and miscarriages are more common in "older" women.  (According to mother nature, women over 35 are "older").  The fact that you conceived twice within the year so far suggests that you have a decent chance of another pregnancy.  How likely you are to have a chromosomal abnormality and/or another miscarriage is dependent to a large degree on your age.  Your AMH level is also dependent to a large degree on your age.  There is not too much that can be done about your AMH level or your age!  But if you are open minded, you might wish to consider accupuncture.  There have been some reasonably good studies indicating that it helps fertility, possibly by increasing blood flow to the pelvic organs.  As far as supplements go, folic acid is important. Calcium, vitamin D, and sometimes iron are good as well. I do NOT recommend taking an abundance of herbal products since they are often not studied in pregnancy and could actually be harmful.
Hope this helps!
