10 year stretch

I was on birth control for 10 years i recently stopped in hopes of having a babdy with my husband now. i stopped the pill in feb. my next cycle was 34 and the one after that was 31.  I am on the cycle after the pill. my periods are very light and only last 3 days.  I wanted to kow if im ovulating or not?

You are asking a good question!  If you were my patient, the first thing I would advise you is to try ovulation predictors.  They can be purchased in most pharmacies and are usually located near the pregnancy tests.  If those are positive, and your periods begin to regulate, then you can assume that you are probably ovulating.  Another option instead of or in addition to this would be to ask your doctor to do a progesterone level on the 21st day of your cycle.  This will tell you whether or not you are ovulating too.

I am using those this month along with basal charting.  I took one last month for the heck of i and it was positive. But I dont know exactly if that was my First positive day,(random day).this month I am charting everyday and will start the opk soon.

I have a question this month I have been tracking with opk sticks I got a positive on day 14 of my cycle and using bbt the chart said i oculated on day 15. On day 16 of my cycle my temp went up to 98.6 from 97.6. I did not have wet cm till day 18 or 19. I did not have sex on those days (cycle day 18, 19) Could I have stopped having sex to early.  My temps have been up since cycle day 16. I am now 10 days dpo negative preggo test.  Whats wrong with me  please help

I wanted to kow if anyone can look at my chart and see if I am ovulating. As far as this month I have taken opk starting day 10 and they have gotten a little darker each day but not darker than the control.  I worried and have anxienty.  this will be my fourth cycle coming off bc and wanted to know does this cycle look anovualtory to you.  Also my cm does not change ( or not obvious to me change ) and wanted to kow what I should do about this. Im hoping to o soon so I can calm doen we have been bd alot this week and will continue  I guess.
