28 been ttc for over a yr. Need help understanding semen analysis

Me and my wife have been ttc for over a yr. I had a semen analysis done today and just received the results.

Liquefaction: Yes
pH:7.6
Clumping:0
Progression:A
Concentration: 218 Million/mL
Total Number of Sperm: 763 Million
Motility: 52.29%
Total Motile Sperm: 398.97 Million
Morphology Strict Criteria (AVG): 5% (on the right side under reference range it states "Kruger Strict Morphology")

Should I have cause for concern? What are some things I can do to improve my chances of conception?

Thank you.  This means a lot to me.

Hi!
Your results look good except for the motility which should be above 50%.  Proxeed is a good nutritional supplement for men (available on the internet).  A thorough check up from your doctor or a urologist is also a good idea.
Good luck!

Hi, sorry cant really help with results, dont fully understand it myself. I think if you can get a good multivitamin specifically formulated for TTC, reduce alcohol and diet drinks consumption. We were also told no hot baths for hubby and wear loose fitting trousers. The things that seem to be essential for healthy male reproduction include zinc, l-arginine, l-carnitine, co-enzyme Q10, vitamin c. A lot of the multivits will have these incorporated in them. I think as long as you have a relatively healthy diet and do some exercise thats really all you can do.
Hope this helps.
