52 regular cycles - still fertile?

I am 52 and still have regular cycles, never missed any other then during pregnancy.  To date I have not had any symptoms of menopause. I am also hypothyroid and have taken medication for 15 years.

What I would like to know is if I am still fertile?

If you are still having regular cycles, there is still a chance for pregnancy. The chances are low, less than 1% because almost all of the surviving eggs are genetically abnormal.  This makes the chance for birth defects extremely high, for babies born to women in this age group.  There aren't any always or nevers in this business however, so if you DO want a baby, you might succeed against the odds.  If you DON'T want a baby, it would be wise to use protection.
