Antibiotics effect on sperm

My wife and I are TTC and I take tetracycline and use clindamyacin cream for acne. She mentioned that these can cause birth defects in women and so we are concerned if my taking them can effect sperm or create birth defect issues. Thanks for your help!

I would call my doctor immediately and ask them!!!  I am no professional.  I don't think the antibiotics hurt, I was put on them by my RE when my bloodwork came back that I have myoplazma in my blood, whatever that is it causes menengitus and stillbirth.
