Artificial insemenation at home

Hi, My husband suffers from phimosis,we are trying to get pragnant and i have noticed that after intercourse there is ways some amount of semen trapped in his foreskin,will this affect my chances of concieving? Can i go for artificial insemenation at home? Is it safe?

I can't help but wonder why your husband doesn't want to have a circumcision.For adult men, they do them under general anesthesia ( asleep).

There are two different ways of doing artificial insemination.  The way the procedure is done at the doctor's office, the sperm is injected directly into the uterus.  I definitely DO NOT recommend doing this at home, and it IS NOT SAFE!

IF you wanted to try collecting some semen and injecting it into the vagina below the cervix and outside of the uterus (turkey baster method) that would be safe.

I must admit that in your shoes, I would seek professional help--you are going to get much better results.
