Brown spotting

Hi. I have been really worried for a long time. I'm 4 weeks pregnant (since conception) with a miscarriage 3 months ago. I have been on fertility treatment with clomit and injectables. Last thursday i started spotting brown and it's been on and off for the whole week.I was last friday with my doctor and we saw a sac and the HCG was 2600. What worries me is that the spotting haven't stopped completely.My doctor put me on progesterone cause i have been having some cramping sice i conceved. I have this friday my next appointment to see if the beta is going up and the sac has grown. I'm so worried i'm going to miscarri again.I cannot wait until friday. This waiting is killing me.

I know how anxious you must be. Unfortunately, all we can do is wait. Hope things work out, which they do as often as not. Time will tell. Sorry I cannot be more helpful.
