Complications after Surgery of Fibroids touching the left wall of uterus?

hii..
i am girl of 25 years of age..i had undergone myomectomy 7 months back...there was a fibroid of size 13.7 *10.3 *8.8cm arising from left lateral wall of utrerus...i am having problem of irregular periods now...i m taking medicine for it...i want to know what problems i can face regarding pregnancy after marriage...because i know they have remove the fibroid but during that they stitched my uterus again...

Hi!
Your fibroid was quite large!  If you were my patient, I would probably recommend a cesarean delivery for you unless we could contact your surgeon and discover how deep the fibroid penetrated into your uterus.  If we couldn't get that information, I would be concerned about the possibility of uterine rupture during labor and would probably recommend an elective C-section.
Irregular periods are unrelated to the fibroid, but may cause some fertility problems too.
In many cases medications can be used to help stimulate ovulation.
Fibroids have a fairly high rate of recurrence, so I would also be watching you with pelvic exams +/- ultrasound for evidence of new fibroids.
