Confused and don't who to believe. My doc or my girlfriend

Hello Dr. I'm a 25year old guy. I've been dating my girlfriend for over a year now,and lately she complain about symptoms of infection and she told me she was goin to see her doc,and the doc told her she's got a chronic infection which i caused as a result to multiple sex by me,and this is not true. She suggested i go for a check. I did series of test ranging from hepatitis B, VDRL,HIV, urine and sperm check. I tested negative to the first three and was told i have infection in sperm and urine. With  active sperm of 20%,sluggish 20%,and dead at 60%. And only last month we go rid of an unwanted pregnancy. Pls i'm so confused and don't know what and who to believe. And what chance do i have to be a father? Thanks

If you have an infection such as chlamydia, it could have influenced the result of your test.
I am wondering why in the world they did a semen analysis for you any way,and if the specimen was handled properly?
I would definitely recommend finishing all the medications that you were given in the way that they were prescribed, if you were my patient.  Further, I would recommend a follow up test to be sure that the infection has cleared.  Because you have fathered one pregnancy already, I would not be concerned at all about your fertility at this point, and would not do any follow up testing unless you have problems with fertility at a later date.
I think your chances of being a father are probably quite good, and until you are ready for that, I would recommend a reliable form of contraception in addition to protecting yourself from STDs.
