Don't know whats happening?

I am 24 and have been trying to get pregnant for a year. I may have ovulated around the 28 of may and my period id due on the 13 of june. I'm already feeling the cramps I get a week before my period is due. Could there be a problem as to why im not pregnant yet?

Hi!
The MOST likely reason is that you just need more time.
Many doctors will begin a workup after a year with no results, however.
Two tests that I find MOST helpful in women who already know they are ovulating are:
semen analysis, and HSG (hysterosalpingogram) a dye study which checks the fallopian tubes for problems.
