Earliest I can test

Hi.  I'm also new.  I had my tubal ligation reversed 10/21.  My last period was 10/13 not due until 11/10 ish.  My hubby n I had sex 10/23 and 10/26.  I feel pregnant.  Is that possible ? Tender breasts   Bloated n a gut feeling.  
I have 3 kids.  Youngest is 13.  Been a while since I've done this and times have changed.  
When is the earliest I can take at home pregnancy test?

Thanks for the advice.   I'm not pregnant.  Got my period 2 days early on 11/9 but that's ok.  I'm ready to try again. Not going to let this get me down.  Will worry if I'm not pregnant in 6 months but not the first month of trying.    Om on a 28 day cycle.   Got my period the 9 th. When should I start the ovulation kit ? Remember I had a tubal reversal on 10/21

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that the Clear Blue First Response test claims to be able to detect hcg (pregnancy hormone) as early as 10 days post ovulation or 4-5 days before the expected period.  SO in your case that would be about 11/6 or so.  I often advise patients to wait until they have missed their period though, because it saves on pregnancy tests.
PMS symptoms can mimic early pregnancy symptoms.
