Your question is not quite specific enough, but here are a few pointers:  Ovulation predictors can help a woman to determine the most fertile time of her cycle. Most doctors recommend having intercourse daily during the fertile time.  Most doctors recommend avoiding using lubricants.  Folic acid intake should be at least 400 mcg per day for most women.
