Hi. I have been charting my temps and before Ovulation my temps were always in the high 96's after ovulation my temps have been 99.0 to 99.3? I am currently on CD 34 and my cycles range from 34-37? Are my post o temps too high? I did take a HPT this AM and it was Neg -
Progesterone raises the body's core temperature, Progesterone is only made by the body after ovulation. That is why MDs will have you do the BBTs, because they should
demonstrate that mid-cycle jump. If your temperature does NOT go above 99, then you haven't ovulated. Your BBTs look great. One thing to consider is a day 21 progesterone level to confirm your BsssBT findings. Also, you could do ovulation predictors, they tend to be easier for many people. Good luck!
