Harmones

I was married 3 yrs ago still we haven't baby.So we contacted a local doctor. She has taken a ultra sound for my wife and she found that eggs are too small in size and also she found that utrus is up's and down. After that she made a harmones test, the results are LH - 11.02 mlU/ml and Prolactin 36.92 H mg/ml. She suggest to take some medicense tab.Doporgin and clomid 50mg regularlly.

Please suggest me what is my next step i would follow?
Is that any problem utrus is laying up's and down?
And eggs can be a normal size and shape with medicences?

I would recommend making sure that your wife is seeing a doctor who specializes in infertility, after trying for 3 years. If her periods are irregular, then it is reasonable to take steps to try to get them more regular, perhaps clomid and a medicine to lower prolactin. If her periods have been coming every month, or if she is older than 35, I recommend that she also have an XRay of her uterus and fallopian tubes to make sure the tubes are open, and that you have a sperm count. The high prolactin level should be repeated also as it is not that elevated and may go back to normal on its own.
