Has anyone not ovulated after IVF

I am wondering if anyone has not ovulated the month after a failed first IVF attempt? I had 22 eggs retrieved and 15 fertilized. Implanted three fresh embies and had a BFN. I am now attempting an FET. We had 12 left to freeze. But I was told that I may not ovulate this month and have to wait one more month. It has been so hard just to wait this one month I don't know how I will handle waiting one more month. Plus I had a really long period when the IVF failed. I spotted for a few days before my AF actually got here.

If you were on lupron, it may take awhile for your periods to get back on track and for ovulation to resume. Please try to be patient - it sounds like you have some very good quality embryos and it is probably best to give your hypothalamus, pituitary, ovaries, and uterus a chance to recover from the hormonal manipulation of a fresh IVF cycle. There are many things about IVF we have no control over - but three things we have control over are embryo quality, embryo transfer technique, and an optimal endometrium for implantation. The endomtrium can best be optimized by waiting a month. Good luck!
